Ingredients

  • 3 tortilla wraps
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1.5-2 tbsp hot water
  • (optional) spray oil

Instructions

Step 1

slice the tortillas down into long triangles/crescent dough shape

Step 2

mix the coconut sugar, cocoa powder and then the hot water together to form a chocolate syrup

Step 3

spread the melted chocolate syrup on the tortilla

Step 4

tightly roll it up into a rugelach

place on a piece of parchment paper and spray with oil
