Behind The Snack
First of all, just want to say thank you for being here! It brings me so much joy to create recipes that make healthy eating more enjoyable! Feel free to contact me by shooting a DM on instagram @behindthesnack
I’ve started my health journey fairly young, at around 12-13 years old. The main reason I wanted to become healthier was because of the way it made me feel.
I have tried everything. Every diet, meal plan, food method… but all of them just felt too restrictive and not the way I’d want to live my life.
Fast forward, I realized the best way to live life is living a healthy lifestyle. Meaning, being mindful of what you eat, adding workouts & movement to your daily routine and leaving time to unwind.
Snacks have always been my guilty pleasure and I came to the conclusion that instead of fighting it, let me make it better. I was on a mission to make snacking so enjoyable, but yet good for my health too. After 5+ years of doing this, I can say I have a recipe or two (hundred) up my sleeve 🙂
This page is for you. For you to learn to enjoy eating healthy and being creative with a chef hat during the process. These recipes require ZERO culinary experience. Trust me, I have none.
These recipes are quick, easy, made with ingredients that you probably have in your pantry, and best of all good for you too!
