Almond Butter Crunch Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond) + more for the center
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

Toast the quinoa on a pan (no oil needed) on a medium flame until it makes popping sounds

Step 2

Melt the chocolate, mix in the almond butter well and then mix in the quinoa

Step 3

Fill the batter halfway into mini silicone muffin molds

Step 4

Place a layer of almond butter on top of then cover it with more chocolate crunch batter

Step 5

Freeze for 1 hour, pop out and enjoy!
