Servings: 8-10 truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup pb
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Almond flour (add more if needed)
Instructions
Step 1
mix all the ingredients together
Step 2
use an ice cream scooper to scoop the batter into truffles on a piece of parchment paper
Step 3
freeze for an hour
Step 4
melt the chocolate and dip the truffles into the melted chocolate
Step 5
freeze again for 15 minutes and enjoy!
