Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup coconut sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 cups oat flour or 1 1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Optional – a layer of peanut butter for the center
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients together
Step 2
Pour half the batter into a 9X5 inch loaf pan
Step 3
Drizzle peanut butter as the middle layer and pour over the rest of the batter
Step 4
Bake @350f for around 30 minutes, once it’s done let it cool
Step 5
Optional: make a chocolate ganache with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2-3 tbsp milk (melt and mix on sauce pan until combined well)
Step 6
Spread the ganache over the loaf, slice into slices and enjoy!
