Ingredients
- 2/3 cup yogurt – I used a dairy free one but any plain/vanilla should work
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener/cane sugar/granulated sweetenerÂ
- 1 egg
- optional: chocolate chips – however many your heart desires
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the yogurt with the cocoa powder, egg and sugar
Step 2
Optional: add in the chocolate chips
Step 3
Fill batter into a baking glass with parchment paper and top with more chocolate chips
Step 4
Bake @350f for 20-25 minutes (keep in longer for less fudgey, more firm brownies)
Step 5
Let them cool, slice up and enjoy!
