Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Milk (I used Bored Cow)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener/granulated sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vegan instant pudding mix
  • Homemade cookie dough bites

    Instructions

    Step 1

    In a Ninja creami container, pour all the ingredients needed for the creami base, mix it with a frother and freeze overnight.

    Step 2

    Once fully frozen, let the creamy base thaw for 10 minutes and add 2 tbsp of milk before creamifying.

    Step 3

    Creamifi the base with the Ninja Creami, make an indent in the center and fill it with cookie dough bites.

    Step 4

    Press the “respin” option on the Ninja Creami

    Step 5

    Scoop the ice cream into your favorite ice cream bowl, top it with more cookie dough bites, chocolate chips, drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!
