Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2.5 tbsp brown sugar/coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/3 cup almond flour (add more if needed for texture)
- 1/2 cup flour (I used gf one-heat treated)
- Chocolate chips – however many your heart desires
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the coconut oil and brown sugar and then mix in the milk
Step 2
Add in the almond flour and ap flour and mix
Step 3
Add in mini chocolate chips and mix in
Step 4
Once you got a cookie dough texture roll into logs and slice into bites
Step 5
(Optional) freeze for 15-20 minutes
