Homemade Healthier Butterfingers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes (crush it less for a better texture)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional- melt with 1 tbsp coconut oil)

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the crushed corn flakes, peanut butter and maple syrup yogurt

Step 2

Flatten on a piece of parchment paper

Step 3

Cut into bars and dip into melted chocolate

Step 4

Freeze for 15-20 minutes

Step 5

Take out from freezer and enjoy!
