- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the quinoa (toast on a pan on medium heat – no need for oil, just wait for popping sounds)
Step 2
Mix with melted chocolate
Step 3
place mixture into silicone mini muffin mold and top with a strawberry slice
Step 4
Freeze for 20 minutes, pop out and enjoy!
