This 15-minute sushi-inspired lunch is the easiest way to enjoy all your favorite flavors-no rolling required. Made with fresh salmon, creamy avocado, rice, and seaweed, then sliced into perfect squares, it’s a quick, healthy meal that feels just like sushi.

Ingredients
sushi Rice:
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- dash of salt
topping:
- avocado slices
- salmon slices/lox
- sesame seeds
- spicy mayo
- seaweed
Instructions
Step 1
cook the sushi rice – wash the rice and cook with water. while stll hot mix in the vinegar, sugar and salt. cook for about 15 minutes and let it cool.
Step 2
while the sushi rice is cooking start layering up these sushi bars. place a plastic wrap in a square/rectangle container
Step 3
first place the lox/salmon slices to cover the bottom
Step 4
spread a layer of spicy mayo over it
Step 5
top with avocado slices and press them down
Step 6
pour over the sushi rice and flatten it down
place a sheet of seaweed on top and flatten
Step 7
place a cutting board on the bottom of the container and flip over. remove the plastic wrap. using a sharp knife, slice into sushi bars & enjoy!
