Ingredients
- 16 oz tub of cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- (toppings) cherries and graham cracker crumbsÂ
Instructions
Step 1
pour the cottage cheese, lemon juice, vmaple syrup, vanilla and frozen cherries into a bowl/blender and freeze
Step 2
pour the mixture into a loaf pan
Step 3
(optional) top with more cherries and graham cracker crumbs
Step 4
freeze for 1.5-2 hours, scoop & enjoy
* if it’s in the freezer for longer, let it thaw before eating for a creamier texture
