Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked beet/3 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup self rising flour
  • (optional) 1 tbsp maple syrup/sweetener

Instructions

Step 1

blend the beet with the cottage cheese and egg until smooth

Step 2

pour into a bowl and mix in the flour 

Step 3

spray a waffle maker with oil and place a spoonful of the batter

Step 4

let it fully cook and pop out when done 

Step 5

top with pink sauce (beet juice + yogurt + maple syrup) and berries of choice
