Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Melted Chocolate:
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
mix the ingredients for the base
Step 2
flatten the mixture into a thin layer onto a lined baking sheet (to make this easier – place a parchment paper on top of the dough and roll it out using a rolling pin)

bake @350f for 8-10 minutes
Step 4
let the layer cool and slice into 3 parts
Step 5
mix the ingredients for the chocolate ganache well and spread on top – do a layer of the base, chocolate, base, chocolate and base. slice into 6 bars
Step 6
melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth
Step 7
dip the bar into the melted chocolate, place on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes. enjoy!
