Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

    Instructions

    Step 1

    mash the banana 

    Step 2

    mix in the shredded coconut until well combined

    Step 3

    form into 6 cookies on a lined baking sheet

    Step 4

    poke a hole in the center with a straw

    Step 5

    bake @350F for 10-12 minutes and let it cool 

    Step 5

    melt chocolate and dip the bottom of the cookies and drizzle on top. freeze for 15 minutes & enjoy!
