Ingredients
- 1 cottage cheese cup
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lemon
- biscuits/cookies (I used Sweet Thins)
Instructions
Step 1
pour the cottage cheese with maple syrup and vanilla extract into the blender
Step 2
grate 1 tsp of the lemon peel and squeeze 1/2 a lemon
Step 3
blend all together and pour mixture back into the cottage cheese cup
Step 4
place the biscuits/cookies inside
Step 5
refrigerate for 4-5 hours & enjoy!
