Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

Step 1

mix and knead the yogurt and flour until it turns into a dough – add more flour if too sticky/more yogurt if too crumbly

Step 2

wet your hands, flour the surface and flatten the dough into a square

Step 3

spread tomato sauce on top

Step 4

sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top

Step 5

roll up tightly (close any open seams in the dough by pinching the dough together)

Step 6

slice into rolls and place each on in a silicone muffin mold. spray the top with some oil.

bake @350F for 25 minutes, let it cool & enjoy!
