Homemade Healthier Pretzels Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour (add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Step 1

mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, egg and salt together

Step 2

mix in the flour and baking powder

Step 3

pour the batter into a plastic bag and cut the tip

Step 4

pipe pretzels on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt 

Step 5

bake @350F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown

Step 6

let them cool and enjoy!
