Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp Zulka Pure Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
crumble >>
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Zulka Pure Cane Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
topping >>
- Zulka Powdered Pure Cane Sugar
- + strawberry for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
mix your chopped strawberries, Zulka pure cane sugar, vanilla extract and cornstarch together until well combined
Step 2
spray a mini skillet with oil and fill it with the mixture
Step 3
make your crumble by mixing your ingredients together
Step 4
pour the crumble on top of the strawberry mixture
Step 5
bake @350F for 15-20 minutes
Step 6
top it with powdered cane sugar and enjoy!
