Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- frosting of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg white and sugar until well combined
Step 2
Then mix in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract
Step 3
Mix in the dry ingredients and then mix in the milk
Step 4
Line a muffin tray/tin with a cupcake liner and scoop the batter in
Step 5
Bake @350F for 10-12 minutes (check on it every few minutes)
Step 6
Let it cool, top it with frosting and enjoy!
