Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla yogurt cup – I used Forager Project yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 2 tbsp oat flour

Instructions

Step 1

mix oats, almond butter and maple syrup well

Step 2

scoop to form into cookies and place on a piece of parchment paper and bake them on @350ffor 8-10 minutes

Step 3

let it cool and make the filling

Step 4

mix the vanilla yogurt cup with protein powder and oat flour

Step 5

once the cookies cool, spread the mixture on one side and top it with another cookie forming a whoopie pie – enjoy!
