Ingredients
- 1 cup berries (I mixed chopped strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (I used sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
heat up a pan to medium heat
Step 2
pour in the berries, 1 tbsp maple syrup and water
Step 3
keep it cooking for around 3 minutes
Step 4
make your crumble by mixing the oats, maple syrup, nut butter, cinnamon and milk
Step 5
place the crumble on top and cover the pan so it cooks – let it cook for 4-5 minutes
DONT mix the crumble in! just let it cook a bit with the berries
Step 6
to serve top with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
