Ingredients
Blueberry Jam:
1/2 cup bluberries
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
Bagel:
1/4 cup blueberry jam
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup flour
Cream Cheese:
2 tbsp blueberry jam
3 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
make the jam by heating your blueberries, maple syrup and water in a pan until it turns into a jam-like texture
Step 2
mix the yogurt with 1/4 cup of the blueberry jam and 1/4 cup of the flour, then add more flour and mix until it turns into a dough (it will be sticky, wet your hands)
Step 3
flatten the mixture into a bagel shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – use a apple corer to make a hole in the center of the bagel
Step 4
brush egg wash on the bagel
Step 5
bake @425F for around 25 minutes
Step 6
optional: make a blueberry cream cheese with blueberry jam and cream cheese
let the bagel cool, cut in half, fill with cream cheese and enjoy!
