Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
mix the base ingredients and place a small amount as the base in a mini muffin mold
Step 2
mix the caramel ingredients (pb power + maple syrup) and layer on top of the base
Step 3
melt the chocolate and spread over it
Step 4
freeze for 30 minutes
Step 5
pop out and enjoy!
