Protein Peanut Butter Bagel

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup flour self rising
  • 1/4 peanut butter powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Step 1

mix the yogurt with the powdered peanut butter and 1/4 of the flour, then add more flour and mix until it turns into a dough (it will be sticky, wet your hands)

Step 2

flatten the mixture into a bagel shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – use a apple corer to make a hole in the center of the bagel

Step 3

brush egg wash on the bagel

Step 4

bake @425F for around 30 minutes 

Step 5

optional: make a pb cream cheese with powdered peanut butter, cream cheese and a little bit of maple syrup 

Step 6

let the bagel cool, cut in half, fill with cream cheese and enjoy!
