Giant Protein Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 
  • 1/4 c low or non fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder  
  • 1 tbsp baking powder 
  • chocolate chips – measure with your heart 

Instructions

Step 1

mix the ingredients together and add in the chocolate chips last

Step 2

form a cookie on a piece of parchment paper and top it with more chocolate chips 

Step 3

bake @350F for 7-9 minutes 

Step 4

let it cool for 15+ minutes and enjoy!
