Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup oat/almond flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
mash the banana well and add in the rest of the ingredientsĀ
Step 2
pour into a ramekin/mugĀ
Step 3
top with chocolate chips
Step 4
bake 350 for 15-20min (I baked it but if you want to microwave it, microwave for 1 min 20 seconds – 2 min until the texture you desire)
