Raspberry Chocolate Pops

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raspberries 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
  • optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Step 1

wash and mash the raspberries 

Step 2

mix in the maple syrup and chia seeds

Step 3

mash together until it turns into a jam texture 

Step 4

spoon the mixure onto a parchment lined baking sheet and stick in a popsicle stick 

Step 5

freeze for 2 hours and dip into melted chocolate (you can melt the coconut oil with the chocolate chips for easier melting) 

Step 6

let it freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!
