Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk (add more if needed)
  • 1 cup Rolling Pin Giant Peruvian Inca crunchy corn
  • seasonings of choice
  • 1 bag of a frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup maple syrup/honey

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the flour with the seasonings of choice and mix in the milk

Step 2

Blend the Rolling Pin giant crunchy corn in a food processor

Step 3

Dip in the frozen cauliflower into the batter and then dip it in the crunchy corn

Step 4

Lay it on a piece of parchment paper and bake 400F for 15 minutes

Step 5

Mix the buffalo sauce and honey

Step 6

Dip the cauliflower into the sauce and bake again for 400F for another 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
