Ingredients
- 2 graham crackers
- cool whip/coconut whip
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
break the graham cracker into half, then again and again to get smaller pieces to fit in an ice cube mold
Step 2
melt the chocolate chips with (optional) coconut oil
Step 3
mix the cool whip with the protein powder
Step 4
line the ice cube molds – first a graham cracker bite, then melted chocolate, whipped mixute, more melted chocoalte and another graham cracker bite
Step 5
freeze 3 hours/overnight, pop out and enjoy!
