Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (add more if the mixture is too crumbly) 
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

 

Instructions

Step 1

mix the almond four, maple syrup and peanut butter until it forms a dough

Step 2

form the batter into balls 

Step 3

melt the chocolate chips with (optional 1 tbsp coconut oil)

Step 4

dip the truffles into the melted chocolate 

Step 5

freeze for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
