Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pbfit
- 1/3 cup yogurt (I used vanilla yogurt)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
mix the ingredients until it turns into a batter
Step 2
mix in the chocolate chips
Step 3
shape into a cookies on a piece of parchment paper
Step 4
bake @350F for about 8 minutes
Step 5
let it cool for 15-20 minutes (the longer you let it cool, the better) and enjoy!
