Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- spray oil
- seasonings of choice
Instructions
Step 1
drain the chickpeas from any liquid that they came in and pat them dry
Step 2
spread them out on a piece of parchment paper (they shouldn’t be touching each other)
Step 3
smash the chickpeas using a piece of parchment paper and a cup
Step 4
spray generously with spray oil and air fry for 15 minutes until crispy
Step 5
let them cool, serve with ketchup and enjoy!
