Ingredients
- 1. cup all purpose flour + 2 tbsp
- 1 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- dash of salt
- 3 tbsp apple sauce
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg – at room temperature
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
mix all the dry ingredients
Step 2
add in the wet ingredients and chocolate chunks
Step 3
mix until it forms into a cookie dough texture
Step 4
let it chill for 30 minutes and scoop into cookies
Step 5
bake @425 for 15 minutes – until cookies get golden brown and let it cool for 15-20 minutes
