Ingredients

1 cup pecans

3 tbsp coconut sugar/brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2-1 tbsp water
Instructions
Step 1
in a skillet, heat up all the ingredients and combine well until they turn into a caramelĀ
Step 2
add in the pecans and stir well for 2 minutes
Step 3
once each pecan is coated in the caramel, pour the pecans onto a piece of parchment paper
Step 4
spread them out and let them cool for 15-20 minutes
Step 5
break apart (if needed) and enjoy!
