Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk (or vegan substitute)
- 1 tbsp apple sauce/butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp ap flour
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut/brown sugar
- chocolate chips – however many your heart desires
Instructions
Step 1
Spray a ramekin with cooking spray
Step 2
Mix the egg yolk, apple sauce and vanilla
Step 3
Mix in the flour, sugar and brown/coconut sugar
Step 4
Mix in some chocolate chips and put choc chips on top
Step 5
Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes, take it out, let it cool and enjoy!
