Stuffed Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • Cookie dough cups:
    2/3 cup + 1 tbsp almond flour
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp nut butter
  • Caramel:
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp nut butter
  • Top with melted chocolate

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix the almond flour, maple syrup and nut butter to form a cookie dough texture

    Step 2

    Make the caramel by mixing maple syrup and a nut butter

    Step 3

    In a silicone muffin mold, flatten out the cookie dough and create an indent with your thumb/spoon to fill with the caramel. Fill the cookie dough cups with the caramel.

    Step 4

    Melt chocolate chips (tip-melt with some coconut oil for a better texture)

    Step 5

    Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and let the cups freeze for 25 minutes and pop out of the molds and enjoy!
