No Bake Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar/brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter
  •  2/3 cup almond flour (add more if needed)
  • chocolate chips

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Mash the banana and mix in the cinnamon, brown sugar, nut butter

    Step 2

    Add in the almond flour and mix

    Step 3

    Batter will be sticky so wet your hands and form into balls. Lay on a piece of parchment paper and freeze for 45 minutes.

    Step 4

    Melt the chocolate (optional) with coconut oil and dip the banana bites in chocolate

    Step 5

    Freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
