Raspberry Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • optional: 2 tbsp milk – I used Forager Project cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Wash and dry the raspberries

    Step 2

    Mix the raspberries with the maple syrup and milk, mash until it’s a mixture

    Step 3

    Spoon into bites on a piece of parchment paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours.

    Step 4

    Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil

     

    Step 5

    Dip the bites into melted chocolate and freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!
