Ingredients
- Crust:
1/2 cup Fruit For Thought dried cherries
1/4 cup nut butter
1 tbsp agave/maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
- Filling:
1 cup cherries (frozen or fresh)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
⅔ cup yogurt
2 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients to make the crust
Step 2
Take that base and flatten it in mini muffin molds
Step 3
Make the froyo filling by blending all the ingredients
Step 4
Pour that froyo mixture on top of the base in the mini muffin molds. Optional: top it with a cherry.
Step 5
Freeze for 2-3 hours, pop out and enjoy!
