Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Dash of salt
- @crisp.power Protein Pretzels
- nuts of choice
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips + (optional) 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the maple syrup, almond butter, oat flour, vanilla and salt together until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
Step 2
Flatten it out on a piece of parchment paper
Step 3
Top with the pretzels and nuts of choice (I did peanuts and almonds)
Step 4
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top.
Step 5
Freeze for 20 minutes, break apart and enjoy!
