Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond butter (I used Georgia Grinders)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate (add coconut oil for melting)

Instructions

Step 1

Mix Georgia Grinders almond butter with maple syrup well and add in the oat flour.

Step 2

Mix until it turns into a cookie dough consistency.

Step 3

Form the dough into balls and place them in a piece of parchment paper and flatten them down with a fork.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate and dip half the cookie into chocolate and place back on the piece of parchment paper and freeze for 20 minutes

Step 5

(Optional) top with salt and enjoy!
