Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toasted quinoa
These chocolatey fudgey crunch bites will transform quinoa haters into fans 🤤 I actually don’t like quinoa cooked but these bites just take next level good, and best part is that they’re good for you too!
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the quinoa on a pan (no oil needed) on a medium flame until it makes popping sounds.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate, mix in the peanut butter well and then mix in the quinoa.
Step 3
Fill the batter into mini silicone muffin molds.
Step 4
Freeze the bites for 45 minutes pop out and enjoy!
